Our Dark Chocolate Truffle Kit has to be the ultimate experience in making your own fresh cream artisan truffles at home!

We’ve used a Madagascan origin chocolate to introduce you to the outstanding flavour profiles of single origin chocolate. The explicit rounded cocoa taste with notes of red fruit creates a divine 67% dark chocolate ganache for your truffles.

This chocolate making kit is the perfect gift for family and friends and especially those who loves dark chocolate, they’ll be impressed with the taste and quality of the Madagascan chocolate.

You may wish to add some packaging to your order, truffles look great presented in a shiny white and gold ballotin or in gold stripe bags.

Get Creative!

We use 67% Madagascan origin chocolate in the dark chocolate truffle kit. Origin chocolates have a story and flavour profile of their own and coming from an island in the Indian Ocean, its unique climate produces this chocolate with a rounded cocoa taste and notes of raspberries and bilberries.

We know that Madagascan chocolate pairs really well with honey, Cointreau, coffee, mandarin, rhubarb, pink pepper, cardamom and nutmeg so introducing these flavours will complement the profile of the chocolate.

Ingredients

Madagascan Origin Dark Chocolate – Cocoa solids 67.4% minimum
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, Emulsifier: soya lecithin, Flavouring: natural vanilla flavouring.

Belgian Dark Chocolate – Cocoa solids 53% minimum
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, Emulsifier: soya lecithin, Flavouring: vanilla extract.

Dark Chocolate Truffle Shells – (Plain chocolate – Cocoa solids 60% minimum)
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, Emulsifier: soya lecithin.

Dark Chocolate Flakes – Cocoa solids 40% minimum
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, low fat cocoa powder, cocoa butter, Emulsifier: soya lecithin.

    Wow! I have an intolerance to lactose so being able to make this kit with soya cream was excellent!

    The Madagascan chocolate was one of the best chocolates I’ve tasted and it made the truffles totally scrummy!

    Loved making these. The soft centre is a great contrast to the crispier outer shell. Going to wrap some up as presents – if they last that long!!!

    Fabulous,!!
