About Tanzania: Tanzania, in East Africa, is bordered by the Indian Ocean and is home to Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain. Such diverse scenery has created a truly unique chocolate made from a blend of Criollo and Forastero beans.

Flavour profile: With a very intense, yet delicate, chocolate taste bearing the aromas of spices and fruits from its native homeland, Tanzanie chocolate can be enjoyed with the flavours of lime and Merlot, exotic teas such as Yuzu and even balsamic vinegar and blackcurrant – but is perfect to enjoy on its own!

How to use: With its lingering hint of fruity tartness, Tanzanie chocolate is ideal for using in recipes that require a chocolate with a high cocoa content and bitter notes. It pairs really well with flavours such as blackcurrant, raspberry, pineapple and coconut.
