What you do:
Boil the Baileys with the cream then make the ganache. You can also use all Baileys and no cream.

10ml Chambord

What you do:
Add alcohol after the ganache is made

30g peanut butter

What you do:
Add the peanut butter after the ganache is made

Cardamom

What you need:
Milk Chocolate Truffle Kit
55ml double cream
6 pods cardamom

What you do:
Split the pods and add the seeds and pods to the cream. Boil, leave to infuse for 45mins. Melt the chocolate and strain the cream over the chocolate removing the seeds and pods. Combine to form a smooth ganache.

Add the cinnamon to the cream, mix and boil then make the ganache
